Reed Grafke is a highly accomplished businessman, sought-after advisor, and a fascinating public speaker. Reed and Monette, his wife, live in Southlake, Texas and are happily married and involved in ventures ranging from ministry, to charity, to businesses. Reed Grafke works for Halek Energy as VP of Marketing, where he facilitates investment projects for individual and institutional partners.

Grafke also directs a management and consulting business named OneStep Inc., a non-profit organization called Team Kairos Foundation, and a real estate company named Ascent Development Team. Reed’s wife, Monette, is a pilot for Jet Direct and a special needs teacher. Reed Grafke’s passion is to facilitated charity-motivated business ventures that aid other individuals and influence society in a positive way by successfully using his background in business management, public speaking, and non-profit administration. A seasoned minister and businessman that has worked all over the world, Reed Grafke has taught, trained, and mentored people in many cultures and societies internationally.

Mr. Grafke has achieved audience with several Heads of State around the world because of his notable work with charity. His experiences with life have given him plenty to speak about when addressing the many business seminars and conferences he is invited to all over the world. Today, Grafke and Monette serve on several non-profit boards of directors as well as working together on multiple for-profit projects, and both are active leaders at their local church. Generosity, integrity, and a commitment to excellence are core values to Monette and Reed Grafke—they try to emphasize the values they hold up as important in all aspects of the activities they participate in. Living generously is a mission they take quite seriously, but they also enjoy their missions works, hospitality, flying, scuba diving, fishing, hunting, and other adventurous activities.
